Early childhood

· Raise the awareness of the public authorities’ duty and responsibility for the treatment and wellbeing of young children.

· Support the construction of a comprehensive, municipal infrastructure for early childhood in multiple cities designed to provide a wide range of programs and services.

· Invest in a variety of early childhood programs dedicated to improving the social, emotional and cognitive stages of development.

Youth at risk

• Invest in programs and initiatives offering youth at risk innovative tools to advance learning and success.

Other

· Support museums, theaters and cultural centers, health and defense related organizations, and other programs related to education and welfare.
