London Zolty est responsable de la r\u00e9alisation de la vision des fondateurs de la fondation, de promouvoir et d\u00e9velopper le domaine de la petite enfance en Isra\u00ebl.<\/p><p>Me. London Zolty est titulaire d\u2019une licence en droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Tel-Aviv, une ma\u00eetrise dans les affaires de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Heriot Watt en Ecosse, et durant son poste de directrice de la fondation Steinmetz, elle a utilis\u00e9 sa riche exp\u00e9rience dans le domaine du droit, des affaires ainsi que dans la capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9soudre des conflits.<\/p><p>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation de la fondation, Iris agit avec d\u00e9votion afin de promouvoir le domaine de la petite enfance. Elle comprend que ce sujet est essentiel pour les enfants, les parents, et la force sociale d\u2019Isra\u00ebl, puisqu\u2019un manque de ressources et de services professionnels est ressenti, particuli\u00e8rement pour les enfants de la naissance \u00e0 3 ans. Pour Iris, le premier secteur (le gouvernement et les autorit\u00e9s locales) procure des services professionnels de qualit\u00e9 pour cette tranche d\u2019\u00e2ge, et agit afin d\u2019\u00e9veiller les esprits et de transf\u00e9rer la responsabilit\u00e9 de ce sujet aux acteurs pertinents.<\/p><p>Dans le cadre de son travail avec la fondation, Iris en collaboration avec les chefs d\u2019autorit\u00e9 locales pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un d\u00e9partement professionnel pour la petite enfance dans les d\u00e9partements d\u2019\u00e9ducation pour les jeunes de la naissance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de six ans, et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de services complet et intensif pour les enfants, les parents et les \u00e9quipes professionnelles. En outre, elle promeut la qualification d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de professionnels expos\u00e9s \u00e0 une vision plus large et multidisciplinaire de la petite enfance.
